Product Introduction:

       This product effectively enhances the adhesion and bundle hardness between glass fibers, providing strong cohesion and bundling properties. The treated glass fiber products exhibit thermoplasticity, good compatibility with thermoplastic materials such as PA and PE, and excellent dispersibility in composite material systems.

2. Enhanced Mechanical Properties: By improving fiber-matrix bonding, the sizing agent can enhance the tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance of composite materials.

4. Improved Processing: Some sizing agents also improve the handling of glass fibers, making them easier to process, disperse, and incorporate into composite materials.

Usage Instructions:

1. When used as a glass fiber sizing agent, it is recommended to dilute with water. Dilute with 3-8 times water and mix well before use.
2. After diluting the sizing agent, add it to the impregnation tank. The initial concentration can be slightly higher.
3. As the number of impregnation cycles increases, the concentration of the agent in the tank gradually decreases. It is necessary to replenish the diluted agent periodically, recommended every 1-3 cycles.
4. Use the diluted agent as soon as possible; it should not be stored for long periods.
5. This product has strong adhesive properties. If the production interval exceeds 10 days, it is recommended to clean the impregnation tank thoroughly to prevent solidified particles from affecting the quality of subsequent production.
